These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and etiqa33 ("etiqa33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at etiqa33.cam and its associated subdomains.

etiqa33 provides online casino games, live dealer services, sports betting markets, and related gaming entertainment primarily to eligible players based in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where such use is permitted. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable promotional terms published on the platform from time to time. To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on etiqa33, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are registering voluntarily and in your own name — not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You do not hold any existing Account on etiqa33 — only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted;
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the etiqa33 platform;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of etiqa33 or its affiliated entities;
• You are able to enter into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

etiqa33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the etiqa33 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. etiqa33 does not provide legal advice in this regard.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred contact details. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading in any material respect.

4.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account. etiqa33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Duplicate Accounts

Only one Account per person is permitted. If duplicate Accounts are identified, etiqa33 reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any winnings derived from duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any associated Bonus Funds without prior notice.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

etiqa33 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit copies of your Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, driving licence, or utility bills as proof of address. Withdrawal processing may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

etiqa33 accepts deposits via the following Supported Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from illegal activity. etiqa33 maintains the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time and may withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory evidence is received.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account in real time. FPX and direct bank transfers may be subject to short processing windows depending on the bank and time of day. etiqa33 does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Currency

The etiqa33 platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, bonus values, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR. etiqa33 does not perform currency conversion and is not responsible for any foreign exchange variances applied by third-party payment providers.

You may request withdrawal of your real money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to Bonus Funds that would affect the Balance; and (c) no pending investigations or account reviews are in progress.

etiqa33 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, which represent standard performance benchmarks and are not binding guarantees: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.1 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. etiqa33 reserves the right to redirect withdrawals to an alternative verified method where the original method is unavailable or where fraud prevention requirements apply.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for standard verified Accounts, although high-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.

etiqa33 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposits bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in bonus-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the wagering requirement. Certain game categories, including live dealer tables, may contribute at a reduced rate — specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion will be forfeited. The default validity period for welcome bonuses is 14 days from the date of credit. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to the specific game in question.

8.1 Game Fairness

All slot and instant game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live casino results are determined by physical game outcomes in real time. etiqa33 does not manipulate game outcomes and all RTP rates are governed by the game studios' published certifications.

8.2 Sports Betting

8.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the platform will complete the round in accordance with its standard disconnection policy for that game type. etiqa33 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Member's internet service, device, or network conditions.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct when using the etiqa33 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, betting markets, or the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the platform;
• Depositing funds obtained through stolen or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening platform staff or other members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any element of the platform's software or intellectual property.

etiqa33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, withhold any Balance or winnings pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, etiqa33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.

etiqa33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

etiqa33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is identified; your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; regulatory requirements necessitate Account closure; or you have requested self-exclusion.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real money Balance (after deduction of any forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, etiqa33 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Any funds confirmed to have been derived from fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

etiqa33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels designated by the platform's regulatory framework.
